Yay! I love this cover so pretty it looks like a picture for the wall :) reasons to be a mermaid: fast swimming speed and ability to breathe underwater. Reasons not: no legs/land and pollution. Thanks for the giveaway! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'd like to be a mermaid anymore. I did as a child. With so many changes in the ocean with oil spills, chemicals, and trash floating around in the ocean, I worry about the marine life we have left and the cleanliness of it all. So, I'll pass on being a mermaid until further notice.
ReplyDeleteThats a great reason not to be, plus I'd miss walking. On land. With air. And the ocean is frigid in most places.
DeleteI was obsessed with mermaids when I was 12-14. Nowadays I still think it'd be cool, but I can think of other 'powers' I'd rather have C:
ReplyDeleteI love the cover!!!
ReplyDeleteI'd want to be a mermaid because of the speed swimming and the idea that I was a mythical creature. It just sounds cool, but in reality, I probably wouldn't last long.
ReplyDeleteI think being a mermaid would be fun! I love to swim! :)
ReplyDeleteThat series sounds awesome, and that nail polish looks gorgeous too!

ReplyDeleteI want to be a merman* because I want to swim into the depth of the ocean while somehow being human still.

ReplyDeleteI would want to be a mermaid because I could swim really fast and I could breathe underwater!
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely giveaway. Thanks for the chance to win the book. Also, there are reasons why I would like to be a mermaid, as well as reasons why I wouldn't. First, there are too many predators in the sea and I fear I'd be attacked by them :( because in my head mermaids are these beautiful, celestial beings and too delicate for the meaner fishes
ReplyDeleteI love swimming so that would be fun :)
